For individual trucks as well as for vehicles which don't have a type approval number or which are imported from a non-European country, there are no COC (Certificate of Conformity).

If the technical data of such vehicles is needed for the registration, technical inspection organizations can provide a solution:

There is the possibility that the car is checked by the technical agent in Germany or the technical agent controls the car in any European country. The engineer will issue an expertise certificate (Gutachten for used vehicles according to § 21 StVZO or for new vehicles according to § 13 EG-FGV) which will enable you to register your car in Germany.

An expertise certificate in accordance with § 13 EG-FGV can also be used to get an individual approval for new trucks, trailers or dollies. If you already have the technical expertise we can take care of getting you the individual approval.
